Accounted for the inventory, maintenance, and distribution of over $10 million worth of intelligence related communications equipment while ensuring a high state of readiness. Supervised the training to specific standards of 23 technicians and mechanics in 6 different specialties in communication electronics, utilities, and vehicle maintenance.

Managed a program of instruction which was designed for entry level Marines to be trained in the military occupational specialty of ground radio repairman resulting in over 200 successful completions of the course. Motivated and directed 25 instructors enabling each of them to be promoted in stature. Reviewed and updated lesson plans and multimedia presentations for 8 separate annexes of instruction that covered 784 hours of training. Chaired two review boards ensuring that the courseware was accurate and relevant. Strategized the establishment of an entirely new training section consisting of 4 previously established courses varying from basic electronics to micro-miniature soldering providing a seamless transition which resulted in 0 training days lost.
