Bio
I served eight years on active duty as a Judge Advocate and served the citizens of Tulsa County for eight years as a prosecutor and five years on the bench as a court referee. During all of my civilian experience, up until May 2015, I have served in the Marine Corps Reserve. As I approach retirement from the Corps, I will shift my focus to serving through my church and in youth sports.

Marine Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer
As the Marine Liaison assigned to the Defense Coordinating Element for FEMA Region VII, I provide advice to Region VII regarding available Marine capabilities and assets in the event of an emergency in which FEMA is activated. I also keep Marine Forces North apprised of current issues in Region VII.

The Readiness Support Program was the command structure for the IRR population in the Marine Corps Reserve. We were responsible for maintaining contact information and readiness awareness of the IRR. We conducted annual musters as well as regular phone calls to maintain accurate records, as well as to insure the IRR Marines were aware of the benefits they had as a Veteran and as a member of the IRR.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
As the liaison for RC(SW) to the Special Operations Joint Task Force, I was the "eyes and ears" of the Commander, RC(SW) at the SOJTF-A HQ. I would regularly brief the CG, SOJTF-A as the operations in RC(SW) that may effect SOJTF-A operations, and kept the CG, RC(SW) apprised of the operations within RC(SW) that may effect our operations there.

Served as the Senior Watch Officer, MARCENT, responsible for the operations within the MARCENT COC. Also served as the Rear Area Operations Officer for the COC and as the Force Protection Officer for MARCENT.
