Assigned as the U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) Postal Officer, Senior Postal Assistance Advisor and the Atlantic Fleet Official Mail Manager, a GS-13 equivalent position.

Planned, directed and oversaw the operations, postal inspection and security of 120 Navy Military Postal System (MPS) operations throughout the Atlantic region.

Lead Postal Advisor and Inspector. Assigned, trained and designated FLC Norfolk Postal Advisors. Completed 296 Postal Assessments, 704 Training visits with a passing rate of 96.7%.

Maintained liaison with and implemented policies for the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA).

Administered Automated Military Postal System (AMPS) program for all fleet forces. Provided daily oversight of Navy post office requirements within the AMPS program.

Assigned as Postal Officer (GS-12 Equivalent) and Official Mail Manager (OMM), responsible for the management of the Fleet Mail Center Naples and postal operations at Rome, Gaeta and Latina Italy. Processing over 25.9 Million pounds of mail and generating revenue of over $1.2 million a year. Managed and supervised 5 Chief Petty Officers and 46 E-6 and below military personnel providing postal services to 8,000 military and DOD personnel and their families stationed in Naples, Italy and Fleet units operating in the Mediterranean Sea.

Managed all postal finance, fleet mail and official mail support for Naples, Rome, Gaeta and Latina area of responsibility

Served as Official Mail Manager responsible for the Official Mail Control Program (OMCP).

Assigned as the U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) as the U.S. Atlantic Fleet Postal Officer, Senior Postal Advisor, Atlantic Fleet Postal Finance Officer (PFO) and the Atlantic Fleet Official Mail Manager (OMM), a GS 13 equivalent position. Primary responsibilities as Postal Program Manager are to monitor all aspects of Postal Operations for 120 Military Post Offices to include the Training and Inspection, oversight and management of the Official Mail Cost Control Program, and Postal Finance Officer Operations.

Managed the Fleet Postal Advisor program; a team responsible for the training and inspection of all postal operations throughout the Atlantic Fleet Area of responsibility.
