I had a 5 man recruiting section with 2 PCS's. PCS Orangeburg, SC, PCS Summerville, SC. NCOIC is responsible for controlling contacting assigned to from the RS, controlling the training of recruiter's and Poole's. Controlling shipping to Parris Island. Making sure all joining that they are qualified thru MEPS and being prepared for recruit training before they leave. How many hours in this job? I stopped keeping track.
