First Sergeant
As Unit First Sergeant for an 859 person unit, my responsiblities were vast. Acting as primary liason to the unit commander, I provided all human relations related duties to include facilitation of emergency assistance in catastrophic situations, conducting disciplinary actions to include courts martials, facilitate the unit award and recognition program, and maintian unit discipline and morale within the unit taking action as needed.
