SAW Gunner
I was at Fort Benning,Ga. for basic training in "Hell's Kitchen" D.Co. 2/54. That is were I was during 9/11. After that, I returned to my home unit, 6 months later we headed for Kuwait and then Southern Iraq as part of OEF/OIF. We did our jobs and came home. Its the straight leg infantry. What more can I say? I have been there and made it back. Thats all I have to say about that.

I was a Saw Gunner in an Infantry Unit,sent to do a job. we did said job and came home.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
Trained and patrolled while waiting for everything to hit "GO Status" for our movement north behind 3rd I.D. in support of their job there.
