I support the end users regarding troubleshooting IT related problems, maintaining IT inventory and
resources. Setup of multifunction printers, copiers and digital senders. Ability to image machines, Install and configured Zero or thin clients to employ use of virtual machines established on NAS drives. Currently using ticket system called Remedy to resolve and track existing issues.
