Ground Zero, lower Manhattan
We provided a security perimeter around Ground Zero, two days after the towers fell. The worst kind of hell I've ever seen. The sights sounds and smells still haunt my dreams, as do those planes smashing into those buildings. Horrific does not even come close to describing that unsureal scene of destruction!
