My name is Raul. Since my young boy scout days I look for ways to help others, to improve the community, and bring value to coworkers, friends, family, and strangers. I am a member of Toastmasters, Project Management Institute Alaska, Buckner Masters Swim Team. I give back to the community as Assistant Scoutmaster, a mentor for transitioning service members, and as a Leadership Anchorage alumni.

Primary liaison for coordination between OMC-E, the Defense Attaché Office (DAO), US Embassy agencies, United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), The Joint Staff, and the Egyptian Ministry of Defense (MoD). Responsible 80 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases valued at over 700 Million dollars. Performs duties as US Embassy Ship Rider in support of US Government vessels transiting through the Suez Canal.
