Electrician's Mate (EM-2)
I took my electrical knowledge to Ogden & perfected them, I ended up earning a Navy Acheivement Medal for the work I did improving the electrical components on board. Once again motorcontrollers were my specialty. I started off once again in the Tool Room & Battery Shop, bringing the Ogden my knowledge of these 2 areas as they were lacking. I became the Sr. 3rd class on the ship before I finally made 2nd Class, lol Once I made 2nd, I added Work Center Supervisor to my record, for a short time, as we were lacking senior NCO`s in the Electrical Shop.

Electrician's Mate (EM-3)
Learned my electrical duties while onboard LaSalle, started off in the Tool Room, moved to the Battery Shop, then to the Electrical Shop during my time there. EM1 Ronald Clayton took me under his enormous wing and taught me dang near everthing. I learned motor controllers especially well under his tutelage. What to look for & listen for.
