Led a group of 11 Soldier Medics, 2 Flight Surgeons, and 1 Physician Assistant in a garrison and combat environment for two years and under the direction of two different commanders. Responsible for over $36 million in equipment. Built a medical platoon that was new to the unit's organization from the very first piece of equipment and established a standard of operation for successors. Assisted in the development of a base-wide mass casualty plan while in a combat environment that could be effective in any level of attack/disaster. Trained and assigned as the Unit Movement Officer.
