Many opportunities to perform as leader and follower as a member of the Florida Army National Guard. From Andrew in 1992 - Hurricanes of 2004 I have deployed to every Florida need. These deployments diversified my abilities to adjust to any situation. I was able to be part of every Battalion in the 116th FAR.This assisted in adjusting to different weapon system and comrades.
