Superintendent, Operations & Training
Responsible for the daily oversight of 151 CCAF certified instructor/cadre, training up to 5,000 Expeditionary Combat Airmen each year. Manage continuation training and duty qualifications for Instructors in 46 Air Force Specialty Codes/Career Fields, leading their development, upgrade training, and CCAF accreditation for 13 AETC/AMC field courses. Direct USTRANSCOM EAGLE FLAG exercises, validating 18 critical requirements for deploying Air Expeditionary Groups/Contingency Response Groups. Manage coordination with Air Mobility Command's (AMC) only PHOENIX RAVEN training program, training all PHOENIX RAVENS for world-wide deployments to austere environments, protecting $45B+ in aircraft. I run AMC's largest training armory, contingency dormitories, and vehicle fleet valued at $130M+.

Chief, Expeditionary Combat Support
I am currently in a selectively filled position, leading and managing the 421st Combat Training Squadron’s largest and unique Expeditionary Combat Support Section. In this position, I execute the daily management of 40 personnel in 13 different Air Force Specialty/Career Fields and $104,000,000 in DOD resources supporting combat training for over 8,000 students annually. You name it...we do it by making the impossible - possible everyday!

Responsible for developing and conducting Combat Airman Skills Training, Security Forces pre-deployment training, facilitating the Air Force exercise Eagle Flag which focuses on the integration of all expeditionary combat support skills. The 421st CTS is responsible for training all of Air Mobility Commands Anti-Terrorism Level II officers. Additionally, the squadron is responsible for the execution of several Security Forces-specific training programs through its Phoenix Raven, Phoenix Warrior Base Security Operations, Military Working Dog pre-deployment training and Tactical Security Element
