As Acting Communications Officer, I performed the following duties:

Maintained the operational capabilities of the Unit`s computers, phone system, and website.

Responsible Officer for the Y06 (IT/Comm) Supply Account exceeding $3 million in assets

Reconstructed the Battalion website to streamline the Reservist mobilization process.

Assigned as Director of Information Technology for the Unit Cohesion Training Project, I helped to develop training for Reservists to deal with post war issues such as complex stress and PTSD.

Maintain database and floor plans detailing location and identification of assets.

Assure required computer/telephone assets were on hand and functional for Reserve Units conducting training.

Order new and replacement equipment while working within a budget.

Act as the point of contact and response team for all computer and communications problems.

Constructed Turn-over Binder/SOPs for ADP Chief.

Recreated the MCSFCo intranet web site.

Created the MCSFCo Restricted intranet web site to optimize the use of command resources and increase automation of daily tasks.
