I was sworn in as a Special Agent of the FBI on April/1992. I served in four FBI field divisions (San Antonio, San Juan, Norfolk, and Tampa) and has been assigned to every FBI program to include criminal, counterterrorism and counterintelligence. I has also served as a member of the Evidence Response Team, Hazardous Material Response Team, Crisis/Hostage Negotiator, SWAT.

As one of the Army's foremost expert on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) operations, planned presented training for executives related to controlling, safeguarding, managing, and moving these weapons worldwide; authored and published training materials. I was designated as the primary instructor for WMD employment and target analysis and conventional Field Artillery support blocks of instructions. He authored and published WMD training material (102-hours blocks of instruction).

Unit Commander and Site Security Officer for US Special Weapons. Handling/Maintenance of Special Weapons. Managed 47 employees in the daily operation of state of the art, sensitive equipment worth over $100M including a satellite communication module. Experienced in identifying assets and resources requiring special protection including access controls, perimeter and area security, fencing and gates, lighting, facility security and hardening, area and interior circulation control and parking plan; conducting threat analysis and vulnerability analysis.
