Advisor to senior leaders for human and critical resources, exercised supervision over 200 personnel. Confronted difficult issues during personnel draw down, production and morale was not affected. Motivated employees to exceed standards and rewarded them with unique awards programs. Planned, coordinated and supervised several unique policing methods. Conceptualized, developed and implemented the Community Oriented Policing Program (COP). This unique program put the cop back on the “beat”; community raved about its success. Directed the conversion from military uniforms to colored jump suits for military prisoners, the colored jump suits rendered the inmates easily identifiable thus deterring escapes. Credited with returning at least one escapee and protecting the community.
