I served from 1999 to 2006 as a CBRN / NBC specialist in a variety of units and positions. I left due to training injuries, and used my GI Bill and Texas Hazelwood Act to obtain a BS in Environmental Science and an MS in Biology. I founded the Lamar University Veterans Organization in 2007. I now teach high school science, promote military service, and continue studying the sciences in general.
Texas educator's certification in secondary composite sciences (8th-12th grade, all sciences).
