Bio

I joined the Tennessee National Guard in 2008 after a 10-year break in service. I am a strong believer in demonstrating servant leadership, both in uniform and in the civilian sector. My greatest challenge as an NCO is learning to delegate and overcoming the idea of "do it right, do it yourself."
