Dr. Arnell is the Executive Director for 22ZERO, a nonprofit for veterans, first responders and Gold Star families. I am also a first responder and have been in the volunteer fire department since 2008. Dr. Arnell's husband served 26 years, and he passed away from cancer being exposed to the burn pits when deployed. I am involved with civic organziations in my community.
