Designated as Mobile Sea Range coordinator to modify the Mod 3 NTDS software to accommodate Mobile Sea Range tests aboard the USS Sterrett CG-30 in a large-scale missile defense exercise out of San Diego. This was the initial testing to verify that our missile destroyers needed a much more advanced system leading to the AEGIS Combat missile system
