I was 17 when I went in. I really made an ass of myself. Didn’t know about health issues I had. Lost my rank, had everything stolen when hospitalized. My unit to me was big joke. None war time. I was considered a troublemaker because of reporting incidents in the barracks. Really had a hard time. Wouldn’t change a thing. Made me a better person. I still follow the oath I took.
