I served on active duty and in the reserves for many years: first as an Air Traffic Controller, then Air Operation, then in a Combat Engineering unit training as a Construction Surveyor. My last MOS was Supply/Logistics for an Arty Battery. I went to OCS but was injured. I was an Executive Scientist for the government.

I am not sure of the exact dates. I went to OCS and returned to the Unit after I was injured. The Arty Battery was definitely my favorite time in the Marine Corps. I loved the Combat Engineer Battalion also.

I highly recommend every Marine training at 29 Palms. I served as an Air Traffic Controller in the Expeditionary Airfield. It was a total rush. There really are not words to describe it.
