Bio
My name is Edward Oliva. I am 71 years old and live in San Antonio, Texas. I am fully retired, and I really enjoy retirement life. I was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and lived there until I enlisted in the Air Force in 1972. I plan to live here until I am buried at Fort Sam Houston Cemetary along went the rest of the G.I.'s. I will peacefully rest there until my Lord returns.

Military Training Instructor (MTI)
As an E-5, I trained new recruits to transition from civilian life to a life of a military airman. I would train 50 new recruits at a time. I also spent about 5 years as an Air Force recruiter in San Antonio, Tx and Springfield, Il. I was an Airfield Managment in Edwards AFB in California from 1972-1975 and at Plattsburgh AFB from 1979- 1982.

I was the NCOIC at Kooni-Range, South Korea. I was in charge of maintaining the F-16 and A-10 gunnery range so pilots could practice their bomb drops and strafing.
