In the army working for the navy on a marine corps base! Camp H.M. Smith working for Admiral John McCain, Commander-in Chief of the Pacific, who was the father of Senator John McCain who was a POW at the Hanoi Hilton Vietnam.
After this I was sent to the 4th Infantry Division in Ft. Carson, Colorado where I spent the rest of my career in an infantry comm unit and the base comm center.
