Bio 

Patricia A. Blakney Retired from the DoD USAF Federal Civilian Workforce April 2021. She was the Foreign Military Sales Subject Matter Expert for the Missiles and Weapons International Branch, Robins Air Force Base, GA. Prior to this, Ms. Blakney was Security Assistance Officer at the Office of Military Cooperation, US Embassy, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt. She provided the Egyptian Armament Authority with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) acquisition logistics, sustainment, communication, training, and facility-warehousing support. Prior to Egypt, Patricia served as the automatic identification technology Contracting Officer Representative and Project Officer for the Navy-wide acquisition, implementation and sustainment of Radio Frequency Identification. She entered the Air Force through Officer Training School, San Antonio, Texas, in October 1979, and retired in 1999 to hospice her Mother.
