Retiring from Navy & Army service has been a bittersweet transition from a childhood dream. I'm thankful to God, family, & all the outstanding teams I've been in for where I am today! My background is diverse: Admin, Logistics, Airborne Reconnaissance & Surveillance, Intelligence, and IT. Since joining the corporate sector, I've gained certs in PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, & LSSBB. - Continually improving!

Manages a department of up to thirty personnel responsible for Instructional Support incorporating execution of sustained, safe, off-road maneuver of up to seven tactical vehicles operating day and night over approximately half of the calendar year. Responsible for maintenance, readiness, accountability, administrative and logistical support, storage, issue, and turn in of military communications equipment, weapons, and reconnaissance assets valued at tens of millions of dollars. My team’s supporting mission facilitates the professional development of Mid-senior Level Leaders for the Armor Branch, Department of the Army’s Cavalry Scout Leaders Course. Additional responsibilities include assuring my team’s supervision, health, training, morale, welfare, and professional development.

Managed a cross-functional Instructor-leader team in a Cavalry Training Organization. Prepared, delivered, assessed, and refined training, training-evaluations, and coordination of instructional events for over 165 entry level employees in over 81 fundamental occupational tasks during three 16-week cycles. Ensured scheduling and utilization of proper training resources in accordance with complex written organizational policies in order to guarantee consistency and quality based on regulatory standards required by the Armor Branch, Department of the Army. Maintained readiness of three tactical vehicles and associated equipment valued in excess of six million dollars. Accountable for the instructor team’s training, health, and welfare.

Managed a special operations team with a requirement to plan, initiate, execute, and close operations with a unique demand for response times under 18 hours requiring infiltration and control of contested locations globally. Responsibilities also included but were not limited to holistic risk management, data/intel identification, collection, documentation, analyzation, interpretation, exploitation, and reporting. We assisted the organization to aid in accessing, seizing, and controlling strategic geographical areas internationally. Responsible to maintain team skills, knowledge, assets, health, welfare, morale, and combat readiness of two Team Leaders, and five Cavalry Paratroopers. Accounted for and maintained over $1,500,000 of equipment, training aids, and several tactical vehicles.

Supervised maintenance and employment of highly technical organizational optical devices, weapons, vehicles, and all associated communication equipment valued in excess of $1,000,000.
