Bio
Walter E. Stamps Pastor and founder of BREAD OFLIFE CHURCH LAKE ELSINORE. He and his wife of 39 years Wilma have birthed a radio ministry called Victory of Faith Radio. Pastor Stamps earned a B.A. in Bible Philosophy from the American Bible Institute with a minor in Accounting.
Pastor Stamps is also a former U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant.
