I oversaw the sustainment of 1,100 facilities valued at $5.6 billion, including 37 dorms, 351 family housing units, and a health care campus. Provided incident management for a community of 12,000. Reacted smoothly when COVID impacted housing for 1,800 employees. Led effort that converted seven apartment buildings into tough quarantine standards. Led a volunteer effort that provided 10,000 meals to displaced employees and their families. Even found a way for kids to celebrate Halloween safely—in the middle of the pandemic!

Cut $86 million from original cost. Led site surveys for major facilities at four locations across 500 miles of hostile territory
