Well I retired 6 years ago when I was fifty. I am at end stage severe spinal stenosis. It just means I have lower extremities neuropathy. I have no balance and I’m in a wheelchair, but that doesn’t stop me from going to the gym 3 days a week or taking the dog for a walk and roll.
