I am a former Navy Senior Chief Operations Specialist, a former Manager of Program Engineering at Lockheed Martin, and then retired to travel the world. My wife, Janice, and I have seen the world from cruise ships and, finally, logging 29,000 miles from coast to coast in our 28 ft. RV.
Military Experiences
Air Intercept Controller
While in the Navy, I received my college education from Chapman University ashore and at sea from professors who rode along with the ship's crew. We attended classes during our off-duty hours. Many transferred credits came from Navy-accredited courses and experience.
As a former Senior Chief Operations Specialist, my final assignment was responsibility for the test and delivery of Tactical Data Systems software to US Navy ships on the West Coast.
