Recent Activity  -

Bio

I entered the Air Force in Sept 1963 right out of high School. I was sent on a sensitive assignment in 1965, this turned out to be in Thailand. I spent my year there working as a Combat Air Policeman and when off duty I taught English to children inside the Baught Bus HQ. I transferred to McChord AFB. I was the training assistant for a year. I moved up in rank quickly and retired in October 1985 as the Superintendent of Nuclear Weapons at Castle AFB, CA

Military Experiences

Jun 1967 - Apr 1970
Training Supervisor
My job was to train enlisted men/women in the areas of everyday job duties including new officers who were excess to flying needs as Flight Commanders. I trained all members in Riot Control techniques. Because of their training my trainees were dispatched to Travis AFB, CA to assist in stopping the riots there. I continued to train there until I was assigned to The Air Force Air Police Academy where I trained Officders/NCO's to do supervisory things.

Deployments

(1 year, 1 month)
Aug 1980 - Aug 1981
Greenland
I was there as a Security Policeman. I was placed in charge of the Investigations and Law Enforcement division. I supervised the 18 people assigned to my team. We kept the base safe and secure and supported all of the people assigned to the base. We rescued 7 people who went outside during blizzard conditions by getting them back inside.
