Shannon Hough (MPA, MBA) has more than 15-years of federal, state, and local experience directing legislative affairs, city management. Hough has managed multi-million dollar budgets at the city and county level, and advised elected officials. She was instrumental in lobbying for the passage of the MISSION Act of 2019 that allows veterans to receive health care in their community.
