Ross Carkeet served 20 years in the US Army as an enlisted Soldier and Signal Corps officer, and he transitioned to the civilian sector in 2015 after years of supporting special operations units at Fort Bragg, NC. As a civilian Ross has worked for companies within various industries, and he currently manages a team with Delta Dental of California, one of the nation's largest healthcare companies.

Led the daily operations of all global information systems, networks, data center infrastructure, service management and change management processes, and service help desk teams for a highly complex, cross-functional 223-person division. Responsible for providing the 24x7 reliability and availability of networks, data centers, desktop, mobile, data, voice, video, collaboration, and information systems for a strategically critical Department of Defense organization. Managed the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Service Desk to ensure secure and continuous worldwide communications connectivity between senior executives, Department of Defense leaders, and government agencies, and our nation’s executive leadership.
