Boom Operator

351 ARS, 100 OG, 100 ARW, 3rd AF | RAF Mildenhall, UK

First Senior Boom Operator for the newly formed 351 ARS. Was moved to the OG as the OG Boom Operator Evaluator, which I hated. Deployed every 3rd month to Incirlik following Desert Storm, then added in deployments to Sicily for Deny Flight. Retired June 1996 at Peterson AFB, Co after 24 years.

Flew the Boom on the back of the KC-135A refueling aircraft in the air. Deployed to the UK, Saudi Arabia, Guam, Korea, Alaska and many locations in the States.
