Operations Chief
Operations Chief, responsible for day to day operations of 6 blocks of instruction, 2 weapons ranges, USD gym, 300 weapons (class III and IV), breecher house and mock expeditionary airfield and port.
Annual throughput of 1,900 to 2,000 Sailors annually, with a budget of 2.5 million and another 500k in training equipment.

NCOIC
NCOIC of Joint Army/Navy Embedded Tactical Training Team, embedded in 1st Battalion , 3rd Brigade, 203rd Corps, Ghazni Province, Eastern Afghanistan.
Combat operations under the tactical control of 1/506th Infantry (AB), 101ST Airborne Division in Ghazni, Wardak, and Paktika provinces.
I was the CSMs mentor, lead US Army personnel (5 SFCs, 1 SGT medic) in combat operations, along with platoon to company sized Afghan National Army (ANA).
