I started off my Marine Corps career as an MP. I enjoyed the tactical aspect of law enforcement. I was "chosen" for recruiting duty in 1996 and ended up enjoying it. So I made a lateral move to be a Career Recruiter in 2001. Over 15 years of recruiting I've done all the various jobs involved with recruiting. My pashion is Leadership, Program Managemeant, Organizational Management and Training.
