Ensure Proper utilization of assigned satellites, to include mission access, deaccess, location, frequency, bandwidth, modulation, coding, data rate, access network type, etc. Periodically report to DISA on missions and satellite networks. Coordinate troubleshooting of communications outages/problems. Maintain high quality of communications across networks.
