Military Experiences

Aug 1994 - Aug 1995
Bronco 40/0utlaw 40
Advised Rotational Brigades in their training for Desert Warfare under simulated conditions. I also stood up the first Observer Controller Academy designed to train the Senior Leadership of the Military on the purpose and method that the Oberver Controllers used to advise and assist the rotational Brigade Combat Teams in their training for combat. Excellent and most rewarding assignment a Senior NCO or Officer could be assigned. You see with your own eyes the efforts from every soldier assigned to a combat operational team. For a Sergeants Major you witness in many many cases the mentorship to Officers and Junior NCOs that you trained and advised over your previous years. How rewarding it was to me as this was my culminating assignment.
