Born in Oregon to a civil engineer and his wife traveling the Northwest surveying and building infrastructure post WW2. Moved to central Illinois at the age of 4. Brought up in an Eisenhower, white middle class centric household. Entered the Army, basic at Leonard Wood, AIC at Ft Sill. Deployed to Korea. Post military, worked in computers for 45 years. Now retired in the Philippines.
