Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Conducted Counter-IED defeat operations. As a Combat Engineer Platoon we conducted Route Clearance Operation throughout Baghdad, Iraq. Ensuring that US military, coalition forces, and Iraqi civilians maintained a safe passage and allowed military forces to continue combat operation bring stability to the Iraqi people.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
Supervision of road construction project. Our two primary duties first, site security ensuring that the road project was under 360-degree security until mission complete. Second, we were in charge of eliminating 60 feet of rock from the top of Duab Pass using explosives as our primary means. Overall mission was to allow freedom of maneuver.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Platoon was responsible for locating and destroying any enemy munitions found throughout the Brigades area of operation. These efforts help US forces by denying the enemy the ability to use these munitions as IEDs. Conducted Counter-IED (C-IED) defeat when assisting explosive ordnance teams as they conducted C-IED operations.

Bosnia and Herzegovina
Supervised demining operations. During the six-month rotation our platoon was responsible for clearing two minefields. As team leader my primary duty was demolition specialist ensured that all mines found were properly destroyed.
