Shop Foreman
Reservist. Poor training, no funds, more disorganized than active duty. Met a lot of good people though. 3 of my guys went on to be come active duty, 2 became officers.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
9th ESB. Recovery, rode shotgun in the 36. No CAR. Bridged the Helmand river with 8th ESB out of NC and some reservist from Oregon. Watch one of our reservist security Sgts stop the convoy to recover a mine roller tire/hub assembly. He not only tried to recover it but went past the one that fell off and tried to drag one back that was further away.
