Served as a garrison and deployed Signal OIC for a Combined Arms BN in support of OEF; responsible for planning, resourcing, executing and supervising all aspects of Mission Command operations for a unit of over 850 personnel and managing equipment and supplies valued in excess of $10,000,000. Provided seamless, secure, continuous, and robust radio and information systems support at the bn and below level; designed, installed, maintained, and protected communications and automations network links, computers, and components of local and wide area networks that employ single and multi-channel satellite communications, tropospheric scatter, terrestrial microwave, switching, messaging, video-teleconferencing, visual information, and other related systems. Managed BN COMSEC account.

Executive Officer
Executive Officer of an Armor Company assigned to a Combined Arms Battalion in the 1st Cavalry Division. Responsible for the property accountability, personnel readiness, maintenance, and day to day operations of an Armor CO consisting of 6 Officers and 73 NCOs and enlisted Soldiers, fourteen M1A2SEPV2 Main Battle Tanks, one M113 Armored Personnel Carrier, four M1151 HMMWVs, and other combat equipment valued in excess of $100 million. Responsible for the planning, executing, resourcing, and controlling of all operations within the company; prepared the company to deploy rapidly to contingency areas world-wide and to perform sustained combat and peace-keeping operations. Assumed command of the company in the absence of the commander.
