Senior Escort
I was located at the 54th Military Police Battalion and my duties were to escort AWOL's to their appointments as they were confined or discharged. This also included taking prisoners to clean the post cannon twice a day. Taking prisoners to police brass at the officers firing range. Along with regular police duties.
There were three Military Police Battalions at Ft. Ord, the 7th Infantry Divison Military Police Field only, the 571st Military Police Battalion part field, and the 54th Military Police, Garrison only.
