Bio
Robert is a Leadership Facilitator. During his military career he was a Physical Therapist, Executive Advisor, Chief of Human Resources, Commander and Chief Physical Medicine Consultant to USAF Surgeon General. Following retirement, he Directed Army Bavaria's MTBI Program. He conducts research and lectures on health and leadership decision-making. He resides in Germany with his German wife Ursula.
