• Led a team of 20 consultants and global third-party partners to design and pioneer a new training program to support the US advisor mission in Afghanistan. Integrated timely lessons learned, maintained active feedback loops with deployed advisor teams, and leveraged multiagency collaboration to optimize the training experience and guarantee senior clients were well-equipped to support strategic objectives. • Advised senior leaders in the alignment of global supply chain management, operational reporting, communication, and intelligence data management to enhance Afghan security capabilities. • Developed and managed key performance and risk indicators to monitor, optimize, and validate training readiness for the largest National Training Exercise of more than 10,000 personnel.
