Academic Facilitator
In support of the Army Learning Model 2015 initiative; enhanced and modernized the Field Artillery Basic Officer Course curriculum by creating and integrating Interactive Media Instructions (IMI) to increase students’ cognitive retention and ability to think critically. Collaborated with instructors and the Directorate of Training Development and Doctrine (DOTD) to analyze and validate the student assessment plan, course map, and lesson plans.
