I am currently a commercial real estate broker in Richmond, VA focusing on tenant representation. As a tenant rep, I help business owners locate the space they need to effectively operate their business and negotiate with the building owner to get them the best deal. Much like a buyers agent helps you purchase a home, our fee is paid by the seller or building owner and is therefore a free service for businesses. My goal is to help as many veteran owned businesses as possible.
