(CCDG) * Special Agent / Criminal Investigator Dept. of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General, Atlanta Field Office Bio: Demetrius Lawrence Flowers was born and raised in Chicago Illinois, on the Southside in the Englewood community; and currently resides in the greater Atlanta area with his wife and son. At the age of 18 Demetrius joined the United States Marine Corps, obtaining the Rank of Sergeant (SGT), serving for 8 years prior to being Honorably Discharged. Demetrius obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Park University, while serving in the Marine Corps and later obtained his Masters of Science Degree in Public Safety Leadership from Capella University. In 2004, Demetrius became a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security. In January 2017, Demetrius transitioned his love for training, leadership and operational management into a business he Cofounded with three (3) amazing business partners, headquartered in Kennesaw, GA. To date, Demetrius is CEO & Cofounder of Creative Content Development Group (CCD); a custom eLearning (Online Course) Development Company, specializing in merging educational and training content with technology. Demetrius lives by a simple model, “Our Time is Limited, So Don’t Waste It Being Ordinary.”
