Repair Division LPO
A Plankowner of the new Guided Missile Destroyer my division developed, checked and finalized the deck plates and the damage control policies. Implemented a Repair reporting and Repair Control Program by implementing a standardized reporting process and including QA/QI into normal watchstanding to ensure quality craftsmanship. This process provided 100% accountability through 100% leadership QA/QI for all repairs completed.
Managed restoration operations for Repair Division/Damage Control Division of 26 personnel consisting of over 10,000 repairable items which included all firefighting equipment, HVAC, as well as habitability equipment totaling $5M.

Partial assignment to Security Force in response to 9/11 attacks. I quickly acclimated to the position of law enforcement and stood my watch with integrity. While stationed at SIMA I was assigned to small boat repair where I worked an countless small crafts.
