I joined the Army in January 2001 as a M1A1 crew member. I was medically retired in 08. I was lucky enough to serve with some of the best men I'll ever know. I spent most of my career stationed in Baumholder GE. In my mind there's nothing better than being a tanker. Driving a 68 ton war machine, shooting the 120mm; there is nothing better. I made it to the rank of SSG b4 my retirement. I miss it
